On Saturday, October 9, 2010, KNX 1070 and KFWB NEWS TALK 980's Melinda Lee, Pacific Sales and the South Lake Business Association bring you a unique event called "Taste of South Lake". The restaurants of South Lake Avenue will be lined up for your tasting pleasure and will also showcase why South Lake Avenue is one of Pasadena's premiere destinations to shop, dine and live. PASADENA'S FUTURE - WHAT'S NEXT?
 As part of Pasadena's ongoing update of its General Plan, two interactive community workshops are set this month to discuss opportunities and constraints for growth over the next ten years and beyond. Residents, business owners, non-profits, civic leaders and other interested groups are invited to participate.
The workshops will be held on Saturday, September 25th from 9:00am - 12:00pm and Thursday, September 30th at 6:30pm - 9:30pm at the Pasadena Senior Center, 85 E. Holly Street. The key questions: should Pasadena continue to grow into a more metropolitan city, strive for a small-town feel, or can we find a healthy balance?
