The South Lake Avenue Streetscape Improvement project is underway and moving along at a rapid pace. Please visit the South Lake Business Association's website www.southlakeavenue.org to view pictures of the construction in progress and obtain more construction details.
South Lake Avenue recently participated in PARK(ing) Day on September 19th. PARK(ing) Day entailed utilizing a public parking space and converting it into a landscape scene. The participating groups included the South Lake Business Association, EPTDESIGN and Corporate Center Pasadena (CB Richard Ellis). The South Lake Business Association's newsletter is a source of information and news for businesses and property owners within the South Lake Avenue Business District, the City of Pasadena and residential communities. Macy's Re-Opens November 22!
Macy's on South Lake reopens on Saturday, November 22, with Community Shopping Day. This special event involves more than 60 local charities with all proceeds benefiting Pasadena area charities. Tickets are $10 and the purchaser receives a generous 20% discount on almost everything in the store, PLUS receives their $10 back with a $25 purchase.
