SOUTH LAKE CELEBRATES HOLIDAYS!
The South Lake Business Association presented its holiday celebration on Saturday, December 7th, 2013. Guests enjoyed family friendly activities such as horse and carriage rides, trackless train rides, in-store specials, live music, carolers, holiday characters, a scavenger hunt and over $5,000 in prizes.
The South Lake Business Association's monthly newsletter is a source of information and news for business and property owners within the South Lake Avenue Business District, the City of Pasadena, and residential communities. We are currently accepting submissions for the February 2014 newsletter. If you are a South Lake Avenue business or property owner and would like to participate in the newsletter, please email your submission to slba@southlakeavenue.org by January 20th.

Mikko Nakatomi, owner of Mikko Hair Creation and Kimono No Kobeya, provided the kimonos for the dancers in Katy Perry's opening number at the 2013 American Music Awards show. There were 23 dancers, all outfitted by Mikko, who was also in attendance during the show to make sure the kimonos looked their best!
