COLONNADE BUILDING IN THE NEWS!

The Colonnade Building, located in the heart of 
Pasadena's South Lake Business District, between Del Mar and San Pasqual, was recently purchased by local investors. Gary Ahlfeldt, Associate Broker for Minasian & Associates represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.
