Chloe Goddard was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from UCLA with a BA in English in 2018 and obtained an AA from FIDM in Beauty Marketing and Product Development in 2020. Chloe is a licensed makeup artist and has been practicing professionally since 2018. Chloe has also obtained certification from celebrity makeup artists Priscilla Ono, Kevin Luong, and Olivia Song.
