Notice of Construction

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Pasadena’s Contractor VCI CONSTRUCTION, INC. will be installing Underground Conduit for new  Electrical Service in Del Mar Blvd. and Shoppers Ln. for 320 S. Lake Ave.

• PROJECT START DATE: March 26, 2014
• PROJECT COMPLETION DATE: April 4, 2014

The work pertaining to this project includes:

1. TRENCHING AND EXCAVATION
2. REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING ASPHALT OR CONCRETE

During construction the street may be reduced to one lane in each direction. The Contractor will provide the necessary directional “Detour” signs and temporary “No Parking” signs along the affected portions of roadway. They will do their best to minimize the disruption that will be caused by the construction.
