NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION – South Lake Avenue Mid-Block Traffic Signal between Green Street and Cordova Street

Project Completion Date: August 22, 2014

The City of Pasadena has contracted Dynalectric to install a mid-block traffic signal for pedestrian crossings on Lake Avenue between Green Street and Cordova Street.  The work consists of the installation of traffic signal and street light standards, foundations, traffic signal controller, cabinet and equipment, conduit and wiring, pull boxes, curb ramps, loop detectors and traffic signing and striping.

Access for pedestrians and vehicles will be maintained during construction.  However, there will be times when traffic lanes and portions of the sidewalk are closed to accommodate construction activities.  A minimum of one traffic lane in each direction will be maintained.
